PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT

The following agreement is between Brandon Shantz, at Kybra Kennels, hereafter referred to as "Seller"

for the sale and purchase of one dog described below. This puppy is of typical

temperament and structure, and embodies the basic standards of its breed.

No other warranties or guarantees expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated below.

Will become the property of the Buyer upon the fulfillment of the following conditions:

Purchase price of $ ___________________ paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 has been made on  (date)   _____________Check ________ and the puppy will be held until 8 weeks from date of birth.  At that time the balance of the purchase price $____________ must be paid in full in either a lump sum or through payments received or the deposit is forfeited and alternate arrangements will be made for the placement of the puppy. MAKE CHEQUE OF MONEY ORDER PAYABLE TO ‘Brandon Shantz’ and see contact information for mailing address. Note: Final payment must be made with cash or money order. No checks, no exceptions. Don’t send cash in the mail. All transportation costs will be pre-paid by the buyer before the puppy is shipped.  

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

        The seller warrants this puppy to be in good health and of sound temperament at the time of sale, and current on all the appropriate vaccinations and dewormings and thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to leaving Kybra Kennels, but has not made and does not now make any further warranties as to the puppy’s condition after pickup.

All puppies leave with an 8 kg bag of Bio-ag Premium Dog Food Chicken & Rice Formula from Bioag . The puppy must stay on this dog food for the duration of the contract or the guarantee is void.

. The sellers’ veterinarian has made a complete and thorough health examination and provided a signed health certificate with the puppy’s immunizations enumerated therein. All veterinary costs after departure from Kybra Kennels, no matter what the reason, are the responsibility of the buyer.

        The seller has made every effort to breed healthy dogs and has raised this puppy to the best of his ability and guarantees against all life-threatening genetic defects within one year of the date of this sale and no more. The seller reserves the right to second opinions.

Buyer agrees that he/she has read and understands the terms and conditions of this contract fully. This contract is designed to protect the puppy, the Seller and the Buyer of said puppy. This writing constitutes full agreement of the parties to all clauses of this contract.

Buyer agrees not to sue Seller and to pay any and all court /attorneys fees incurred by the Seller should any suit be brought against the Seller in regard to this puppy/dog by any person.                                                                                                                                             Buyer signifies acceptance of this condition by initialing here: _________________ Date: ________________

KYBRA KENNELS may change or cancel this agreement at any time. Refund will be given back. Please keep a copy for your records.
